Brunswick Care offers a combination of home help, such as help with shopping, preparing meals and domestic chores, home care, such as bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding, home nursing for clients with specific medical needs, such as post-operative care, palliative care or drug and alcohol detoxification and home support for people needing specialist care, such as rehabiliation and emotional support. This combination helps to avoid the common difficulties encountered when different organisations are providing different services to one person.

In addition to this aspect of our approach, all of our clients are allocated a "Care Manager" who will design and oversee an individually tailored programme of care, in conjunction with the client, their family and other healthcare professionals. 

Brunswick Care offers a variety of flexible care packages, including live-in, respite and visiting care. From a low level programme of care consisting of a weekly "check-in" on an elderly relative, to an intensive programme of care involving a multi-discplinary team of Doctors, Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Psychotherapists, we are able to provide a package of care to meet all needs.
